Purchase Conditions

  1. VIOLIN TRADE SL, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER, reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products offered to users through the online store. In particular, the OWNER may at any time promote new products, understanding that unless otherwise specified, such new products will be governed by the provisions of these purchase conditions. Likewise, the OWNER reserves the right to cease providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice to any of the different types of products offered in the store.
  2. The products included in the store will correspond as faithfully as possible to the products actually offered by web display technology. However, instruments and bows of non-professional range may suffer slight differences due to their artisanal nature.
  3. The OWNER makes every effort within its means to provide the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that an error of this type occurs at any time, unrelated at all times to the will of the company, it will be corrected immediately.
  4. The prices indicated in the store may be shown in Euros, British Pounds, Dollars or Yen, appearing without VAT for those customers residing in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other non-EU territories.
  5. VAT will be implemented for shipments destined to a member country of the European Community. Outside of it, the user will be responsible for customs duties and/or tariffs in their own country.
  6. Used items (antiques or collectibles) are governed by the Special Regime for Used Goods, so VAT is included and not broken down on the invoice.
  7. Please note that in the event of an erroneous and/or manifestly ridiculous price appearing, regardless of the reason (computer bug, manual error, technical…), the order will be canceled even in case of initial validation. The customer will be offered the option to pay the actual amount of the products.
  8. The OWNER is not responsible for the customs costs that the customer may have to pay to receive their order.

Procedure and method of payment for products

  1. Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, the Company will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. This email will assign a purchase reference code and detail the products and their price.
  2. The User who purchases a product through our online store must make the payment using the payment systems specifically detailed therein.
  3. Payments made by bank transfer must be paid within a maximum of five (5) working days, using the instructions indicated in the email that will be sent to the customer once the purchase is completed. Once this period has elapsed, and if we have not received payment, the order will be canceled.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

  1. The user has a right of withdrawal by which they may contact the OWNER via email at the following email address: info@celloshop.com and withdraw from the purchase within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the product. The User must return the product within a maximum period of seven (7) days from when the OWNER indicates the return method.
  2. Withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid for the item once the OWNER has received the item in perfect condition and provided that its use does not go beyond checking its good condition and operation.
  3. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the User, preferably using the original packaging to avoid possible damage. If desired, the User may contact the OWNER to request the processing of the collection with their trusted transport company, after payment of the actual cost of such shipment.
  4. The company is responsible for lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two years from delivery. The User must report the lack of conformity within a maximum period of two months from when they became aware of it.
  5. In case of a defective product, the OWNER will proceed with repair, replacement, price reduction or contract resolution. These procedures will be free of charge for the User.

Home delivery service

  1. The territorial scope, price and delivery time of sales through the store are shown on the page dedicated to shipping costs. Products purchased through our online store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User, once payment has been verified.
  2. The product delivery service is carried out in collaboration with various prestigious logistics operators (UPS, MRW, GLS, Post Office, Correos Express, etc.).
  3. The cost of shipments includes taxes and is not included in the price of the products. At the time of product acquisition, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost.
  4. The Company guarantees the processing and dispatch of products within 24/48 hours following receipt of payment for the product, unless otherwise specified via Email within 24 hours following purchase.
  5. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the next working day. If a package is sent and the customer refuses it or it cannot be delivered for reasons beyond the control of the OWNER or the courier company (such as the customer not responding or never being at home, as well as not picking up the package from the office, etc.), the shipping costs of the package will not be refunded at the time of return of the shipment to our warehouse.
